BLS operates as an independent laboratory, separate from our affiliate enterprises. Customer data and test results are never shared with any other company for sales purposes.
If maintaining anonymity is important, customers may submit samples without customer-identifying information. This ensures your client relationships remain completely confidential. Our role is to support your success with accurate analysis, not to interfere with your business. Brothers Laboratory Services was founded by Mark and Chris Juhl, second-generation leaders in the water treatment industry. With decades of hands-on experience serving facilities, contractors, and engineers, they saw firsthand the challenges companies face when laboratory services don’t align with the realities of the field.
Seeing an opportunity to provide better testing and practical guidance to the water treatment industry, the brothers launched BLS. Driven by a passion for raising the standard and supporting the people who make it work, Mark and Chris created a laboratory built for water treaters, by water treaters—designed to deliver accurate testing that meets industry needs and environmental compliance requirements.
